The Senior Divisional Officer, SDO, of Kupe Muanenguba, Nguia Beina Theophile, has praised Mofor Franklin Takwi, CEO of Innovante Construction Company Sarl, for outstanding work on the Women’s Empowerment and Family Center, Nguti.

The SDO made the commendation on March 27, 2026, during an inspection visit to the newly constructed building in Nguti town, funded under the Presidential Plan for the Reconstruction and Development of the North West and South West Regions, at FCFA 100 million.

He said the Center is expected to provide vital support and resources for women and girls in the community, and should be handled with utmost care and vigilance.

However, Nguia advised the contractor to relocate the power station from the building to a safe space outside to prevent potential fire outbreaks. He also instructed Takwi to address the irregularities discovered during the visit.

The SDO disclosed that he will revisit the structure in June 2026 to ensure that the contractor has implemented all the recommendations proposed during the visit.

Meanwhile, state engineers and other stakeholders in the SDO’s entourage also advised the contractor on final touches to make the building outstanding.
In response, Takwi thanked the SDO for the timely visit, which will enable them to perfect their work. He lamented that executing the contract in Nguti at that amount was challenging due to several local-level obstacles. The CEO promised to address all the irregularities in the building.

The Sub Delegate of Women’s Empowerment and the Family, Nguti, Emanga Grace, promised to maintain the edifice in the best condition.
Also present was the Divisional Officer of Nguti Sub Division, Boog Calvin Junior, the Mayor of Nguti Council, Tong George Enoh, amongst others.
